I seen some dumb ass shit in my life but this takes the cake. Our pREsident in chief is bragging with a straight face that he saw a "poll" in which Iraqis are more optomistic then Americans. The only Damn problem is the poll was taken by the "International
Republican Institute. Who does he think he's fucking fooling????

"I saw a poll that said the right track/wrong track in Iraq was better than here in America," Bush said in a Rose Garden appearance with Iraq's interim Prime Minister Iyad Allawi.
"It was pretty darn strong. I mean, the people see a better future," he said. He was responding to a question about polls showing that a majority of Iraqis view the Americans as occupiers, not liberators in their violence-torn country.

REPUBLICANS ATTACK BUSH AND NOW THEY JUMP SHIP. MAYBE THERE IS HOPE FOR GOP

several Republicans of conscious attacked the Bush administrations fail policy in Iraq. In fact one said:
"We made serious mistakes right after the initial successes by not having enough troops on the ground, by allowing the looting, by not securing the borders," McCain said
Today Republican Senator Lincoln Chafee from Rhode Island stated he will not vote for Bush:
The Republican said the party's direction in the future will determine his political career as well. He said he's "not OK" with the conservative platform from the Republican convention, but would not say if he'd consider switching parties in his next election in 2006.
"It wasn't that long ago that moderates had more of a voice," Chafee said. "It's a cycle that I hope will come back."
I wouldnt hold my breath
What other evidence you need that something is seriously wrong with the country's direction and the Bush Administration failure in Iraq.
